A few months ago, LC Electrical installed a new ceiling fan and energy efficient light globes in our bathroom, replacing a noisy and ineffective fan as well as high energy usage lights. A week or so later, both lights failed to work. I rang Louis to say we had no light in our bathroom! The next morning, first thing, Louis and one of his tradies arrived and fixed the lights – all at no charge. Not only was Louis responsive, but I appreciated his approach. I never once felt uncomfortable with having to get him back again to look at something which he was not going to charge me for.

I was having problems with my rangehood for a while and got Louise from LC Electrical Services to come by my place to take a look at how we can fix the problem. When Lou turned up he was able to diagnose the problem, so this left with no choice but to invest in a new rangehood. As soon as I purchased a new one I let Lou know and he sent out one of he’s workers over to my place. Within a few days I had a guy turn up And it took approx 20min to get the new rangehood installed, up and running at a decent rate.
